Language Focus 11: Asking questions


When you wish to post some of your questions or comments in English on Facebook or in a newspaper, you must know how to ask questions in English. You must know how to express your opinion too.

 

Language Focus 12: Giving opinions


To give opinion on any issue, we must be able to express opinion effectively and politely.
To be able to express our opinions effectively, we need to use appropriate vocabulary and sentence structure.
To be polite, we may use ‘I’m afraid …’ in front of a sentence or tone down the expression by using ‘in a way’.
