About the qualification framework sorting out things. One thing that is highlighted for me is the issues are the same. Every country is dealing with the same problem. Vocational education. Renew, replace everything.
We all need people who have skills. Not enough people to share, so we have to create our own people.
We need a qualifications system to do that.
