Working Conditions

My working hours are very reasonable—40 hours a week, Mondays to Fridays only, and I get four weeks paid . I always go on a two-week in summer, and I take another week to go and travel in winter. That still leaves a few days if I want to take time off for something else. My company even allows taking unpaid if necessary. I have to clock in and clock out, so we have to do the right number of hours.
Women get generous leave, and there are lots of women working full time and part time here, so they have time with their new-born children.
I’m a full-time, white collar worker, hoping to make a career. My and I have permanent . At least, we think so; it’s hard to be sure about job these days. We are consulted if they want to change our or anything.
The entire of the company is well treated. The company blue-collar workers, doing jobs, also have good conditions of employment.
There used to be a lot of absenteeism and a high turnover. Now we get paid based on our performance.
