Working Conditions

My working hours are very reasonable—40 hours a week, Mondays to Fridays only, and I get four weeks paid [?]. I always go on a two-week [?] in summer, and I take another week to go and travel in winter. That still leaves a few days if I want to take time off for something else. My company even allows taking unpaid [?] if necessary. I have to clock in and clock out, so we have to do the right number of hours.
Women get generous [?] leave, and there are lots of women working full time and part time here, so they have time with their new-born children.
I’m a full-time, white collar worker, hoping to make a career. My [?] and I have permanent [?]. At least, we think so; it’s hard to be sure about job [?] these days. We are consulted if they want to change our [?] or anything.
The entire [?] of the company is well treated. The company blue-collar workers, doing [?] jobs, also have good conditions of employment.
There used to be a lot of absenteeism and a high turnover. Now we get paid based on our performance.
